Campbell Residence: December 2007

December 4, 2007 -- Landscaping has begun. Irrigation lines are being installed.

December 4, 2007 -- A small access hole has been built into the area over the porch ceiling. It will have an insulated door. The rafters will also have spray in foam insulation.

December 5, 2007 -- The HVAC air handlers are installed in the attic. This unit is for downstairs. It has both electrostatic and UV filters for clean air.

December 6, 2007 -- The doors and windows are being installed today. The house is also being covered with house wrap.

December 6, 2007 -- Electrical rough in is continuing today. It should be finished in the next few days.

December 10, 2007 -- Most of the windows have been installed. The Carolina room has three large windows in addition to another 12' section of windows and doors on the east side.

December 12, 2007 -- The garage dormers are being trimmed. The fascia still has to be installed.

December 13, 2007 -- The exterior trim has begun on the west side of the garage.

December 13, 2007 -- The garage dormers are trimmed. They are very nice with the exposed rafter tails and detailed trim.

December 13, 2007 -- The front door has trim installed around it also.

December 17, 2007 -- The garage exterior trim is getting finished. Roof flashing will be installed in a day or two.

December 31, 2007 -- The siding has begun on the garage. It is cement board siding.

December 31, 2007 -- Campbell's house has a great deal of exterior trim as you can see here.

December 31, 2007 -- The trim detail shows up well on the north side of the house as can be seen here.

December 31, 2007 -- Copper flashing is installed above the drip rail. Concrete siding board will be installed above the flashing.
