Gitlitz Garage: September 2007

September 6, 2007 -- The garage has hurricane fabric for each window and door. The fabric will be labeled and stored in bags.

September 12, 2007 -- Interior doors have been installed and trimmed out. Baseboards and other interior trim is being done.

September 12, 2007 -- Interior painting is being completed. There is wainscot around the bottom of the room.

September 13, 2007 -- The garage downstairs has been painted. It needs trim between the simulated T-111 and sheetrock.

September 13, 2007 -- There is a nice storage area under the stairway. The box on the right is the breaker box. Right now, it is masked for painting.

September 13, 2007 -- Upstairs, the windows are painted. Chair rail is being installed between the sheet rock and wainscot. The walls have their first coat of paint.

September 14, 2007 -- Trim between the "T-111" and sheet rock has been installed in the garage bay.

September 14, 2007 -- Baseboards and chair rail are finished in the main room. Baseboard is needed in the bathroom. The walls have their first coat of paint.

September 19, 2007 -- The storage room (under the deck) is trimed. It has the concrete board "T-111" on the lower walls.

September 19, 2007 -- The finished stairs are being installed.

September 26, 2007 -- The deck is being built over the waterproof coating. It will also have railings, of course.

September 26, 2007 -- The divider is being trimmed. Wood trim has been installed around the stair well. Final painting is being done. The floor will have carpet.

September 26, 2007 -- Downstairs has its final paint. The garage door will be installed early next week.
